i actually wanted to talk abt special winning hands....
but i was too darn lazy to edit e pictures using photoshop...

talking abt "Paying For All Players" in a mahjong game....
Basically..there are 5 scenarios which will cause any player to pay for everyone's losses during dat round.....
Scenario 1: Dragon Tile Set
Player A has two "Dragon" Pongs or Kongs exposed. Automatically the last dragon would become a high-risk tile. Any player who discards the last "dragon" tile and Player A wins wif that tile.....the player who discarded e tile would thus haf to pay for everybody.
For example:
Player A has the below tiles exposed
Thus
("Bai Ban") would become the high-risk tile.If Player A wins on that discarded tile, the player who discarded it would haf to pay for everybody.
However, if Player A Pongs wif that tile...
Meaning Player A now has 3 exposed Dragon set....
the suay player who discarded "Bai Ban" would haf to pay for everyone if Player A wins, regardless who discarded the winning tile.
Scenario 2: Wind Tile Set
Player A has three "Wind" Pongs or Kongs exposed. Automatically the last "Wind" would become a high-risk tile. Any player who discards the last "Wind" tile and Player A wins wif that tile.....the player who discarded e tile would thus haf to pay for everybody.
For example:
Player A has the below exposed tiles:

However, if Player A Pongs wif that tile...
Meaning Player A now has 4 exposed "Wind" set.... the suay player who discarded "Bei" would haf to pay for everyone if Player A wins, regardless who discarded the winning tile.
Scenario 3: Full Color
Player A has 3 sets of exposed tile from the same suit

If Player B discards a tile of the same suit and Player A uses it to win, Player B pays all winnings.
However if Player A doesnt win wif that tile...merely exposes another set...
Player B would haf to pay for everyone if Player A wins that round...regardless who discarded the winning tile.
Scenario 4: Fresh Discard
There are less than 7 tiles remaining in the wall. If Player B discards a fresh tile (one not previously discarded) and Player A wins with it, Player B pays all winnings.
This scenario is quite rare as the chances of a fresh discard during the less 7 tile is veri veri veri veri low...........
Last Scenario: Any Player has 4 "tais" exposed.
This last case is the most confusing of all.
The basic idea is that if player A has oredi 4 "tais" exposed....
regardless it is a set of exposed dragons.....flowers...or animals...
Player B discards a Dragon tile, a Prevailing Wind or a Player seat Wind that is taken by A. If Player A wins the game with Player B's discard, Player B pays all winnings.
I shan't show any pictures here simply bcoz theres too many different combinations.
A final note.....wateva i blog here is simply based on wat i noe....
might not b 100% accurate coz im not a professional full-time mahjong player....
